Today's musing is the following:
Do you have a set reading time (before bed, perhaps)? Do you read more at night or during the day? Is there a day of the week, perhaps, that you set aside to catch up on reading?
I read every night before bed, which is probably why I can't get up in the mornings. Sometimes it's so hard to put that book down! I also read on the way to and from work. I take the subway so it's pretty easy. I like to able to hear what's going on around me on subway, in case there is any trouble. You have to aware of your surroundings, however sometimes when the book is really good, I block everything else out. I've never missed my stop though.
I've never a set a day aside, but I am thinking about it. Any time spent aside is usually for knitting or catching up on emails and blog reading /lurking.
How about you? What are your reading habits?

I have taken up reading during my lunchbreaks :D
I read before bed too. I can't sleep unless I read at least a little bit. I always have my book with me so I'll pick it up any spare moment. I don't usually set aside and whole days because there's too many other things always going on too-especially with my very demanding dog. lol.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I love the pic of your dog. Happy reading :-)
Now that school is out and I don't have to get up so early, I can go to bed and keep reading that page turner!
I usually read every night before bed, even just a little bit helps calm me down before bed. I have a problem with reading during the day, I just feel like it's a night thing. It only happens if I am reading for a deadline or something. Now that I have a job, which is a 45 min to an hour drive in each direction I might start listening to audiobooks on the ride.
I love reading and fit it in at really odd hours of the day. I read at work (when call volume is slow) or on my break and at home in the tub or in bed.
Thnaks for stopping by everyone! We sure do have ways of fitting reading in :)
I am an early riser so I usually get some reading time in first thing in the morning, but I do a lot in the evenings after work.
I usually read for about 2 hours in the morning over coffee, before my mind is tainted by everything else. I can pretty much read whenever I am free, but although I'm not a very productive reader in bed.
The majority of my reading happens when I am 'watching' the Red Sox play!
